Ham Artichoke Sundried Tomato Pasta

Ham Artichoke Sundried Tomato Pasta

1 box pasta (we used angel hair)
1 C. diced ham
1/2 C. chopped sundried tomatoes in oil
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 T. minced garlic (or less, we just love garlic)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
olive oil

Boil water for pasta in a pot.

Place ham, artichokes, tomatoes, and onion in a pan to saute. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Saute for about 10 minutes, or until all of the onion is translucent.

Begin making the pasta in a separate pot.

Add in garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper (to your taste), and saute another 5 minutes.

Serve pasta topped with this wonderful mixture
